Hummer Japan - Me and H2 in front of Asakusa Temple at Tokyo.
Konichiwa! Just a few months ago I was simply reading about
touring Japan. I will be staying at Vintage Shinjuku Hotel for three
weeks. There are a lot of Japan hotels,
but this was the one recommended to me by a close friend.
This is me and my Hummer H2 in Tokyo, taken infront of
Asakusa temple. The temple is the oldest in Tokyo, dating back to the 7th century.
Legend has it that there were two fisherman who discovered a statue of
the Buddhist
goddess Kannon in their nets. Later, they buried it in the area where
the temple now stood.
Sakura, a Japanese girlfriend of mine whom I had known from this
Japanese dating site was kind enough to be my tour guide. We ate
sushi and had some tea.
It was a good thing to have my Hummer always around, as I bought some
japanese goodies for my bear buddies, like wooden sandals, shurikens,
kimonos, and shinkansen souvenirs. I just couldn't imagine how I could
carry them without my Hummer!

I was actually getting a little crazy reading the signages here in
Tokyo, thanks to Sakura, otherwise, I am bound to get lost every now and then.
There are a lot of
kawaii
Japanese girls
who caught my eye, some of them friendly enough to smile at me.
I have downloaded a lot of Jpop songs to my Ipod. I just wish I could be in a
Jpop video with those popular babes. |
